Hurly’s Hot Spots features some of the best spots, activations and deals found in Vegas during the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo®. We are back with more in 2024.

The on-the-dirt action is a can’t miss at the Thomas & Mack Center, but the off-the-dirt action—what we call the NFR Experience and NFR After Dark—gives the rodeo a run for the money for excitement, action and FUN.

The Tavern at FBLV is a place to be for viewing parties that feature the official in-arena satellite feed from the Thomas & Mack Center. Hear the in-arena announcers, the crowd, and feel that same vibe that emanates from inside the most famous arena in rodeo.

Circa, The D, Golden Gate Downtown Sweepstakes

In historic Downtown Las Vegas, check out the Buck Wild Giveaway Dec. 4 – 14. This giveaway is a promotion for the Golden Gate Hotel & Casino, Circa Resort & Casino, and the D Las Vegas only.

Guests have a chance to win an official NFR Belt Buckle, an official NFR Jacket, $250 Boot Barn gift card and one pair of NFR tickets to the following night’s rodeo.

There will be 3 daily drawings beginning December 4 at 12 PM – Dec. 14 at 9 PM.

MGM Resorts Always Goes Big for NFR

MGM Resorts features several properties that cater to the NFR fans. Here are some of the key events happening at some of their properties. But, remember, this is not the whole story, so do your own digging and you can find more info.

Mandalay Bay

Rodeo Nation returns to Mandalay Bay to celebrate all things rodeo and country and Western. Watch the rodeo at the free Wrangler NFR in-arena viewing party and then step right into the after party every night with live performances by some of country’s hottest artists.

MGM Grand

The MGM Grand is an original when it comes to the NFR After Dark Experience. This is the official home of the legendary Gold Buckle Zone that features watch parties, giveaways, and more. There is free live music nightly in the Level Up including Travis Denning Dec. 6-7.

Rodney Carrington is live in the David Copperfield Theatre Dec. 5-8 while Cody Johnson plays the Grand Garden Arena Dec. 12-13 followed up Lainey Wilson Dec. 14.

Also, don’t miss the Wrangler NFR Autograph Session with the Tie-Down Ropers Dec. 7 from 11 AM-1 PM in the Main Lobby.

New York New York

The Gold Buckle Zone extends to New York-New York, which is also the host hotel of the Bareback Riders with an official autograph session Dec. 12 from 11 AM – 1 PM at Beerhaus. Saddle up and join the party center-strip at New York-New York.

Boyd Gaming Is a Can’t Miss with Room and Tickets Packages

At The Orleans Hotel & Casino, Boyd’s Rodeo Viewing Party opens at 5 p.m. nightly in the Bourbon Street Lounge. Admission is free and this is a 21 and up event.

Orleans After Dark is also nightly with doors opening at 8:30 p.m. in the Bourbon Street Lounge. Orleans After Dark features entertainment, dancing, special guests, and giveaways. Admission is free and this is a 21 and up event.

Treasure Island Is More Than Just Gilley’s Saloon

The venerable Gilley’s Saloon anchors the NFR activations at Treasure Island, but that is just the start of it. NFR room rates start at $79* with an optional resort fee and include a free Treasure Island/Gilley’s souvenir.

Gilley’s features nightly viewing parties with the in-arena feed and then the party goes almost all night. During the NFR action, there are 2-for-1 draft beers at Gilley’s. Plus, free parking is still a thing at the TI.
